The Trade Lab provides AI-assisted tools for trade compliance, including tariff classification assistance, landed-cost estimation, customs-form generation, and trade research. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, reverse engineering it, accessing it without authorization, infringing others' rights, or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content.

5. AI output and no professional advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and information. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, customs, tax, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed customs broker, attorney, or official government determination. You are solely responsible for verifying results and for your compliance decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Powerlab Inc. and its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWERLAB INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Powerlab Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute will lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
