Your prompts and workspace content may be processed by our third-party AI providers solely to generate responses for you. We do not use your confidential workspace content to train foundational models, and we contractually require our AI providers to handle your data in accordance with their enterprise data-processing commitments. AI output is generated automatically, may contain errors, and is provided for informational purposes only.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, and AI inference); when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent (where required), and compliance with legal obligations.
