Supreme Court Ruling — IEEPA Tariffs Voided

On February 20, 2026, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that IEEPA tariffs are unconstitutional. All IEEPA-based tariffs (fentanyl surcharges, reciprocal tariffs) are void. Section 301 (China) and Section 232 (Steel/Aluminum) tariffs remain in effect — they are NOT IEEPA.
